Arriving by car

• Please plan on arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment
• Nobu Residences is located at 15-35 Mercer St., just west of John St
• Effective April 16^th, 2024, access to Mercer Street via Blue Jays Way will be temporarily closed due to watermain repairs. Mercer Street will only be accessible from John Street during this time.
• Parking is available on P1 in the Nobu Residences Parking Garage for the duration of your PDI (one car per suite). Please follow the directional signage to the designated PDI parking area.
• A Customer Care Representative will be waiting to welcome you in P1 Elevator Vestibule.
